About Kimberly
Kimberly Bright is the chief compliance officer and chief operating officer at Woodley Farra Manion. She started in the operations area of the firm in 2009 before transitioning to compliance in 2014. She is Series 65 licensed and a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP) through Wharton Executive Education. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in writing with a minor in economics from DePauw University.
“What I enjoy the most about working here is my interaction with our clients. Being in compliance and overseeing the operations area, I deal with some of our more complex issues that center around a life event—that would be divorce or death, usually—and moving assets through that process and forging a good relationship with clients at a time when they may not be having the best experience.”
